Nataraj shares his profound personal journey and his initiation into with the practice, and how it was brought to him during his time of spiritual awakening. Nataraj unveils the three-fold Ho'oponopono prayer structure and the heart of true, uncompromising forgivness.
Nataraj introduces "Heart Trāṭaka," a powerful inner gazing practice, aimed at the "cave of the heart"—the location of indwelling divinity, often described as a subtle, elusive "sweet spot" slightly right of center, like tuning a guitar string.
Nataraj examines human maturation as a journey from outward accumulation (worldly ego) to inward shedding (spiritual ego), culminating in a borderless state of unity. Nataraj stresses the importance of knowing the “Want of Wants”.
